Yes, you will need to login online or download the MDLive app from iTunes® or Google Play®.
You should receive an email within a few hours of registering with your membership information. From there, your therapy services are accessible immediately. All other services can take up to 5 business days to become active. Once the services become active, you will need to register for your telemedicine and therapy services. This is much like visiting a new doctor when you fill out a form to set up your profile. They will need to know your medical history including allergies, medications and any surgeries. Once you have activated your service for you and your dependents, you can start using the services.
Our partner BasiCare Plus provides service at every major pharmacy – here are some of those stores: CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Costco, Rite Aid, Discount Drug Mart, Albertsons, Kroger, Kmart.

Not difficult at all. The MDLive physician network is the largest in the country and the average wait time for a call back is 10-15 minutes.
Yes. However, the MDLive service cannot prescribe narcotic (pain) medications or controlled substances. This service is not used for maintenance medications either (blood pressure, cholesterol etc.).
No. This service is not meant to replace a primary care physician. This service is designed for non-emergent, episodic illness (occasional illnesses that are not an emergency)

The first payment is non-refundable, however in any given month thereafter you can request a refund for that month within the first 5 days of your renewal so long as none of the services have been used. Please email and we will process your request within 1 business day.
